The working principle of the small can sealing machine is to manually place the can lid at the can mouth, press the can body tightly between the pressure head of the sealing machine and the support plate or support plate, and then perform the sealing operation.

There are two types of edge sealing methods: ①the tank body rotates with the indenter; ②the tank body is fixed between the indenter and the support plate and cannot rotate. Because the tank body does not rotate, it can avoid the liquid in the tank from being splashed by centrifugal force and causing the net weight of the product to be insufficient; after the sealed tank enters the sealing chamber of the sealer, the air in the tank is extracted through the pipe connected to the vacuum pump, and then a secondary seal is performed.

This machine has automatic detection function: it stops operation when there is a tank without a lid, automatically stops when overloaded, cannot start when there is insufficient vacuum, and will stop automatically. The production capacity is 50 cans per minute. Suitable for special-shaped tanks with a diagonal line of 130 mm and a tank height of 22~96 mm. This small tank sealer has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance operation, small size and light weight. Domestic aluminum can production began in the 1980s. After more than 20 years of development, the manufacturing scale has been formed. There are currently 26 tank production lines with an annual production capacity of more than 11 billion tanks. In 1996, China sold only 5 billion tanks, while in 1998, national tank consumption had reached about 6 billion tanks. In 2004, the total demand for tanks nationwide reached 8 billion, consuming about 180,000 tons of aluminum. However, judging from the current level of aluminum can consumption, our country's per capita consumption is only 6, which is a huge gap from the US average of 400 per capita. As economic growth and national consumption levels increase, the amount of aluminum used in small tank sealers will continue to grow.
