Two major problems that are prone to long-term use of simple can sealers:

1 Irregular marks appear in the sealing area. This is a common fault. There are a large number of irregular raised marks on the surface of the cold press. Long-term accumulation causes dust and other substances adsorbed during the operation of the sealer to adhere to the sealing surface, causing the sealer to heat unevenly and generate bubbles. The way to deal with such failures is simple, just clean the sealer or replace the cold glue machine regularly.

2 Insufficient sealing strength. Products with poor sealing are prone to seep into the contents, which not only shortens the shelf life of the product and causes losses to manufacturers, but also brings inconvenience to consumers. Therefore, poor sealing is an important failure of the sealing machine. This situation is mostly caused by improper pressure of the cold press rubber wheel, too fast heat sealing speed or insufficient temperature. At this time, it is only necessary to increase the heat sealing temperature, reduce the heat sealing speed and increase the cold pressing rubber wheel pressure.
