Preparation before using a small can sealer

Four preparations before starting a small can sealer:

(1) The electrical device at the front end of this new machine adopts electromagnetic safety switch to reduce the risk of power outage.

(2) Focus on the motor steering device. If the steering fails, you can switch to Line 3 at any line connection point to achieve steering switching.

(3) Focus on forward-facing new air conditioning systems. The fuel tank position needs to be adjusted manually, and the fuel tank CD-ROM needs to be overhead through the “bowl shaft adjustment bolt”“ elastic pressure plate ”“foot pedal”. Set the height of the upper end cover of the protruding part of the fuel tank to be no less than 1/8 inch from the air conditioner “oil storage plate” and “roller”, and “now” bolt it in place.

(4) Adjust the gap between the winding roller and the rolling head. Most of my country's food packaging machinery is independent equipment with low technical content and automation level. The application proportion of new technologies, new processes and new materials is small, making it difficult to meet the development needs of domestic food companies.
