Performance description of small sealer

A small sealing machine, namely an aluminum foil sealing machine, uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to instantly generate high temperature on the aluminum foil at the bottle mouth, causing it to fuse with the bottle mouth to achieve the sealing function. The sealing speed is fast and suitable for mass production; the shell is formed by a full stainless steel mold, which has a beautiful and elegant appearance; it is easy to operate, the sealing quality is excellent, and it can work continuously. Structure

When the packaging bag containing the articles is placed on the conveyor belt, the bag body sealing part is automatically fed between the two sealing belts in operation and enters the heating zone. The heat of the heating block is transferred to the bag body sealing part through the sealing belt. After the film is heated and melted, the surface temperature drops moderately through the cooling zone, and then it is rolled by the knurling wheel (or printing wheel) to make the upper and lower plastic films at the sealing part stick and press out the grid pattern (or printed logo). The sealed packaging bags are sent out of the machine by the guide rubber belt and the conveyor belt to complete the sealing operation.

Working principle and characteristics

1. This sealing machine is mainly suitable for heating and sealing composite film materials and plastic bags with polyolefins (such as polyethylene, polypropylene, etc.) as the inner layer.

2. Composite film seals cover seals made of various materials such as cellophane seals, aluminum foil seals, aluminum spray seals, polyester seals, nylon seals, polyethylene seals, polypropylene seals, etc.

3. The film thickness and closure width can be adjusted within a specific range to achieve uniform linear closure.
