Solutions for wear and tear in automatic canning equipment

Fully automatic canning equipment will wear out!

1. Equipment wear and tear

The renewal of automatic canning equipment is mainly caused by wear and tear. Equipment wear is divided into two categories: ① Physical wear (or material wear). That is, the physical losses of the equipment, among which the important ones are the use wear and natural wear. ②Intangible wear (or value wear). That is, the loss of value due to technological progress and increased labor productivity. Intangible wear and tear on equipment takes two forms: a. As labor productivity increases, the amount of socially necessary labor required to reproduce similar equipment decreases, causing the original equipment to depreciate; b. Technological progress has led to the creation of more efficient equipment, resulting in a decrease in the value of the original equipment.

2. Method of compensation for depreciation of equipment

Depreciation compensation is required for fully automatic tank-making equipment. Depreciation of equipment varies, as do methods of compensation. Compensation mainly includes maintenance, renovation and renewal. Tangible wear can be compensated by repair when it is light, and needs major repair or renewal when it is severe; intangible wear can be compensated by modernization or renewal. Equipment compensation can be divided into local compensation and overall compensation: equipment maintenance belongs to local compensation, and equipment renewal belongs to overall compensation.
