The can sealing machine is a single-head fully automatic can sealing equipment, equipped with two sets of roller sealing devices and equipped with a vacuum system to suck the contents of the can. 1. There are 12 stations (i.e. 12 equal parts) on each sealing turntable. The distributor parameters, reduction ratios and parameters listed in the purchased parts list are for reference only and must be determined based on the per-minute output required by the user.
2. Always have butter (molybdenum disulfide grease) in the gearbox.
3. The grease nozzle needs to be replenished once.
4. Oil seals shall be fitted on both sides of each radial bearing (bearing No. 6). 5. A φ8 round pin needs to be pressed in, and then the gap is adjusted to d=0.03-0.05 using a thin spring steel sheet z (thickness d=0.5±0.02 after surface grinding machine processing), and the gap is adjusted to d=0.03-0.05, and lubrication is performed frequently.
6. Before installing needle roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, each bearing ring needs to be lubricated.
7. Flat bearings should also be fat-filled regularly during use.
8. The shape structure of the sealing roller and roller shaft is for reference only.
9. Turntable material Korea uses hard plastic, international general electric wood or aluminum alloy plate. The former is anti-magnetic adsorption, the latter is easy to process to ensure precision, and all three are resistant to deformation. Please choose reasonably.
10. For tanks with different diameters, they are equipped with turntables and indenter with different positioning arcs.
11. Automatic linkage, segmentation, indexing and cylinder production of electrical appliances are controlled by PLC and designed by electrical engineers.
12. A motorless conveyor belt is added on the feed side for emptying the hopper, with a length of about 2 mm.
13. The protective cover and door body can be customized according to the video and base.
14. The electronic photoelectric sensor assembly at the turntable stop point can be installed on the workbench below the turntable, or it can be installed one by one with reference to the general assembly diagram or video, and the specific details will be determined by the electrical engineer.
