Causes of cracked lids from can capping machines

Can lid sealing machine:

1. The tank chain drive is not synchronized with the turntable wheel.

2. The turntable and bracket may be installed on the wrong table and sealed wheel groove. ( Very important)

3. The turntable of the turntable cover does not fall precisely on the can cover. ( Check that the cover is not too long. Please confirm.)

4. The gap between the sliding ends of the cover is too small (the top position of the tank is tracked abnormally), and the gap between the cover and the box must be maintained by 1 mm. ( Confirmed)

5. The height is not adjusted in place.
