This article describes three welding methods for canning equipment

The welding methods of can sealing machine welding equipment are classified as follows: according to the state of the metal material during the welding process, the welding method at the welding point, the pressure and the welding method.

1. Brazing: A general term for brazing, which refers to the use of a metal with a lower melting point than the base metal as the filler material. The welded part and the brazing material are heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the brazing material and lower than the melting point of the base material, so that the liquid brazing material wets the base material, fills the joint gap, and realizes connection through mutual diffusion.

1. Soft brazing: The melting point of the brazing material is less than 450℃.

2. Hard brazing: the melting point of the brazing material is higher than 450℃;

3. Common brazing methods include brazing, soldering iron brazing, and flame brazing.
