Maintenance of filling and sealing machines

Maintenance and care of filling and sealing machines:

Clean the machine table, base plate, lower mold plate, grooves, upper mold inner pressure plate and positioning rod regularly (Note: the power must be turned off and returned to normal temperature first). Grease is regularly added to the transmission components of the lower die plate, pressure rod bearings, eccentrics, guide columns and guide rails to ensure machine performance. Method for cleaning the toothed knife: First, plug the two drain holes of the lower mold with cotton balls, pour boiling water into the groove of the lower mold until it is full, then push the slide plate of the lower mold into place and press the upper mold down to a low point, let the toothed knife soak for a few minutes until it is clean, and repeat this step several times.

Precautions for using filling and sealing machines:

1. It is not suitable for use with metal containers and metal lids, let alone pressing the start button on a metal base, otherwise the machine will be damaged.

2. Before the power is turned on, the induction aviation plug must be inserted and the screws tightened.

3. Please use a single-phase three-wire power cord. To ensure the safety of operators, a single-phase three-wire power socket must be used. The ground in the workplace must be dry to maintain insulating properties.

4. It has automatic anti-overheat function. When the internal temperature of the machine is too high, the buzzer inside the machine will continue to chirp for a long time, and “Exception protection (pro.md.)” The yellow indicator light will illuminate. At this time, turn off the main power switch and enter the standby state for cooling. Wait until the buzzer stops beeping before continuing to work.

5. During work, you should touch the surface of the induction head frequently to check if it is overheating. If you notice your hands are hot, you should stop heating and wait for them to cool (you can turn off the power for cooling). When the “warm-up” green indicator light goes out, do not press the start button to avoid accidental triggering. When the machine is finished working, turn off the power switch on the panel.

6. Equipped with a 5 amp fuse and cannot be replaced with a fuse larger than 5 amps.

7. There is high voltage inside and the bottom plate is charged. It is strictly prohibited to carry out repairs privately to avoid personal electric shock accidents.

8. If exposed wires are found before use, you should stop using the machine and wait for repairs before using it.

9. During transport, storage and use, the equipment should not be subjected to impacts, forces or moisture.

10. When the product is unpacked for inspection and acceptance, if it is found that the parts of the product do not match the packing list (and there is no packaging damage during transportation), the company should be contacted in a timely manner under normal transportation conditions.

11. As required by the user manual, users should have a clear prior understanding of the use and operation of the product. If quality problems in the manufacture of a product are found, the company should be informed of the situation within a specified time. The equipment is under warranty for half a year and is responsible for providing maintenance services.
