Precautions and maintenance methods during use of automatic sealer:
When using an automatic sealing machine, the user needs to prepare a large high-position container with a valve and an output interface, and the bottom of the container should be higher than the automatic sealing machine. The bottom of the large container should be higher than the sealer, and the valve on the top of the machine should be connected to the hose. Connect the machine's motor to a 220-volt power switch (the power switch is provided by the user) and connect the body housing to the ground wire.
After the automatic canning machine is installed, first check whether the components are loose and whether the top valve can move up and down flexibly. After checking that everything is normal, open the empty tank for a test run and set the rotation direction of the entire machine to the clockwise rotation direction at the factory. Adjust the height of the bottle by lifting the mechanism. The filling level is reached by adjusting the length of the infusion line.
