Check that the operating system of the entire machine is functioning properly, check that the electrical equipment is sensitive, and add sufficient grease to the lubrication area as required. The lubricating oil to be added to the rotor of the canning machine shall be a food grade lubricating oil.
3. After confirming that the components are normal, you still need to turn the clutch by hand after starting the motor to let the entire machine run for a short time and then idle for a while. Then check the operation of the entire machine, and when it is completely normal, you can prepare to start working.
4. The vacuum pump system equipped with a sealing machine is started first, and the machine is started only after the vacuum storage tank reaches the specified vacuum level.
5. Before sealing, the sealer should be run for about 10 minutes to make the sealer more stable during operation.
2. Main job content of the operator when the sealing machine is in normal operation
1. Before the canning operation, check the fit of the can lid to the raw material inside the can to avoid improper sealing and place the correct can lid into the can rack.
2. Operators shall ensure that they carry out operations on the machine and shall not leave the machine at will.
3. During the sealing process, close attention should be paid to observing whether the vacuum level is within the specified range. If any abnormal situation is found, it should be adjusted in time.
4. A suitable vacuum device shall be switched on according to the weight of the canned solids.
5. During operation, the machine operator shall visually inspect the appearance quality of the can lid seal every half hour to check whether the can lid has notches, sharp edges, serrations, or peeling; false seals or upturned seals; check; whether there are indentations or cracks, whether the sliding seal is obvious, and check the outer wall of the can body for defects such as scratches and protrusions. If defects are found, the machine should be shut down and the sealing machine maintenance personnel on duty should be contacted to repair the sealing machine.
6. During the canning process, full-time inspectors in the canning workshop need to randomly check the “three-rate” quality of the sealed cans every two hours and inform the machine operator of the inspection results in a timely manner. If the “three-rate” quality of the sealed cans does not meet the specified requirements, the inspector should ask the operator to stop the operation; at the same time, contact the canning machine maintenance personnel on duty to repair the canning machine.
7. During the sealing process, the machine operator should stick to his post and use special cloth to wipe and clean the surface of the sealing machine.

4. Common problems and solutions during canning
1. How to deal with the stuttering (biting) phenomenon: Turn off the machine; use a screwdriver and wrench to loosen the screws, remove the can from the machine head, pry down the can stuck to the indentation, then install the rollers and tighten the screws. , lower the machine head; open the machine, try to seal a can, and check the integrity of the sealing line. If there are no exceptions, the machine can run normally.
2. How to deal with scratches on the surface of the tank: Turn off the machine; remove 1 or 2 rollers with a hand plate and sand 1 or 2 rollers smooth with fine gauze; after sanding, install the machine and tighten the screws; turn on the machine and try to seal one tank to check the integrity of the sealing line. If there are no exceptions, it will run normally.
3. How to solve the problem of poor sealing quality? First, close the device; use a screwdriver and wrench to adjust the two rollers forward; open the device again, try to seal a jar, check the integrity and sealing of the sealing line, if there are no abnormalities and the device is functioning properly, then the problem is solved.
4. The material of the tank and the size of the tank body groove are not ideal. Processing method: Turn off the machine; if the tank groove is too small, lower the grinding spring. If the tank body groove is too large or too small, pad the lower mold with an iron sheet on the smaller side of the groove. Adjust the position so that it is balanced; turn on the machine, try to seal a can, check the integrity of the tank groove, and if there are no abnormalities, it will operate normally.
5. The quality of the jar and the size of the groove in the lid are not enough. Disposal: Turn off the machine; loosen the intermediate shaft and nut on the head of the machine with an adjustable wrench, make fine adjustments upwards, and then tighten the screw; start the machine, try to seal a jar, and check the integrity of the lid. If there is no abnormality, it can operate normally; if the cover groove size of the test machine is not enough, move the roller forward until the cover groove size reaches the required size.
