1. Operational process method:
1. After pressing the “on” button, the power indicator light and “cooler” indicator light will light up, and the warning light will flash.
2. After pressing the “Start” button, the warning light goes out, the start indicator light comes on, and the power is set.
3. Turn on the power to the conveyor belt, start the conveyor belt running, and then adjust the speed knob to the appropriate position.
4. Push the item into the container to be sealed and start normal operation.
5. If an overcurrent condition occurs during operation, the “malfunction” (overcurrent indicator light) on the control panel will illuminate and the warning light will flash. At this point, press the “Reset” button. After the overcurrent indicator light goes out, press the “Start” button again.
6. After the work is finished, press the “Stop” key and the machine will return to the initial state 1.
7. Press the “Off” key to turn off the machine and exit standby.
2. Precautions during operation and routine maintenance
1. This machine is powered by a 220 volt single-phase three-wire power supply and the ground must be reliable or it will endanger personal safety.
2. Metal parts cannot be placed close to the sensor head.
3. Check the water level of the cooling water frequently, or once a week if using frequently, and add cooling water. Use non-conductive cooling water.
4. The pipes should be inspected frequently and the connections should not be leaking or leaking. To prevent pipes from freezing due to low temperatures, the water tank should be filled with antifreeze.
5. Maintenance work shall be carried out in the order of operations.
6. Professional equipment should be maintained by professionals.
7. This device is not allowed to be turned on after startup, and the main power supply must be cut off during inspection and maintenance.
8. The machine is equipped with an overload and overheat protection system. When the temperature of the radiator exceeds 70 degrees, the high voltage will be cut off and the warning light will flash: this can also be protected when the load is too large (i.e. the heated bottle caps are too large, too tightly packed or too close to the sensor head), which will cause the high voltage current of the machine to be instantly overloaded (the number is shown as “100”). This is normal and the machine can be restarted by pressing the “Start” key.
3. Equipment inspection regulations: Before turning on the machine every day, you must carefully check the condition of the equipment and perform repairs in a timely manner if any abnormalities are found. The sealing machine must be overhauled once a year.
4. How to use fire-fighting equipment: If a fire occurs in the equipment, the power supply should be cut off and carbon tetrachloride or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers should be used to extinguish the fire. The use of running water or foam fire extinguishers to extinguish fires is strictly prohibited.
