Sealer cleaning procedure

The tank sealing machine consists of a motor, a pulley, a main shaft, a locking pad, a column, a lifting platform, a right roller, a concave wheel shaft and a cam, a gearbox, a gear rack and other components.

1. The tank sealer material leaks from the rear end of the hopper. Check the seal ring on the piston of the paste filling machine for damage and replace it if damaged.

2. Verify that the piston is connected to the piston rod and is tight. Check that the piston is centered on the cylinder aluminum bracket.

3. Clean up dust and dirt accumulated in the vacuum pump cavity every six months, and clean the fan motor cover, fan impeller, ventilation grille and heat sink.

4. Replace the exhaust filter, clean or replace the intake filter annually.

5. The vacuum pump changes the oil and oil filter every 500-2000 hours of operation.

The potting equipment for easily foldable plastic bottles of oral liquid needs to realize reverse directional delivery of the bottle body, and then send it into the delivery track for potting and sealing of the bottle body and the bottom cover. If too much liquid medicine remains in the sealing area, it will seriously affect the sealing quality or cause leakage. In order to ensure the sealing quality, the sealing machine needs to make the liquid agent filling head rise synchronously with the liquid level. The cylinder drives the piston to suction and discharge the material, the one-way valve controls the material flow direction, and the reed switch controls the cylinder stroke to adjust the filling amount.
