Function of the pressure head of the sealing machine

The main function of the can sealing machine pressure head is to fix the position of the can body and the can lid, so that the can body remains in a fixed position when the roller presses the edge. The indenter size should be selected according to the tank diameter. The indenter shall be standardized and its dimensions shall not be changed arbitrarily to ensure the standard of the inner diameter of the tank body and the tank lid. Usually the indenter outer diameter should be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the can lid mold core and have a positive tolerance (no negative tolerance is allowed), but the clasp is tilted upward 4°C. If the indenter is too large, the empty can will not fall off easily after sealing; if it is too small, it will cause defects such as friction and slipping of the can lid, which can easily scratch the surface of the can lid and cause can body rust, or cause uneven sealing density.
