Hydraulic flange machine safety operating procedures

Safety operating rules for hydraulic stamping machines:

1. Before handling, please wear a tight protective suit, fasten the cuffs tightly, and do not open the hem of the coat. Do not put on, take off, or wrap clothing next to the machine to prevent it from twisting. Hard hats must be worn, braids should be placed inside the hat, and skirts and slippers are prohibited.

2. Stampers must be professionally trained and must understand the structure and performance of the machine tools they operate, as well as the correct method of installing the dies, before they can operate independently.

3. Add lubricant before use and check empty vehicles for two minutes.

4. After starting, wait until the running speed stabilizes before starting work; at the same time, pay attention to the dynamics of people around you to prevent accidents.

5. Do not use this machine beyond what is stated in the instructions for use.

6. Multiplayer operations shall be directed by one person. When the workpiece is turned over or moved forward and backward, the operators on both sides should work closely together and their movements should be coordinated.

7. No welding marks and large burrs are allowed on the material to avoid damaging the mold.

8. After the work is completed, the power supply should be cut off, and the maintenance work of the machine and the cleaning of the environment should be done.
