Can sealing machine
1. Few product types and small quantities
Domestic production is mostly based on single machines, while foreign production is mostly supporting production, and few single machines are sold. On the one hand, the types of domestic equipment cannot meet the needs of domestic food and packaging companies; on the other hand, the profits of machinery factories from single-unit production and sales are meager, and they cannot obtain high returns from the sale of complete sets of equipment.
2. Low technical level
The main manifestations are poor product reliability, slow technological updates, and lack of application of new technologies, processes and materials. my country's food packaging machinery has the problems of more models but fewer sets, more general-purpose models but fewer special requirements and special equipment for special materials. Low-tech products are the majority, while high-tech added value and high production efficiency products are scarce; intelligent equipment is still in the development stage.
3. Product quality is poor. The product quality gap of my country's food packaging machinery is mainly reflected in: poor stability and reliability, backward styling, rough appearance, short life of basic components, short trouble-free operation time, short overhaul period, and the vast majority of products have not yet established reliability standards.
4. Weak R & D capacity
my country's food packaging machinery mainly relies on imitation, surveying and mapping, a small amount of localized improvement, and a lack of independent research and development. R&D methods are backward. Although better companies have launched “engineering version” software, few people have actually applied CAD. Product development lacks innovation and struggles to reach the level it should be. Production methods are backward, and most companies still use outdated general equipment for processing. New product development is not only small in number, but also has a long development cycle. Management often attaches importance to production and processing, neglects R&D work, lacks innovation, and has difficulty keeping up with market demand and providing products in a timely manner.
