Preparation before using the filling and sealing machine:
1. Before using a new machine, an electromagnetic safety switch should be installed in the power supply to reduce the risk of power outages.
2. Pay attention to the steering of the motor. If the steering is incorrect, you can change the position of any three of the wires to change the steering.
3. Adjustments to the automatic emptying system should be noted when new machines are in use. The specific operation is as follows: First, the nut below the “foot pedal support hinge” is adjusted so that the “foot pedal” is lowered, and the lower edge of the “tank support shaft cam” contacts the “roller” through the “push rod”, and the edge is in a moderately tangential state. If the distance between the two is insufficient, the sealing device will not activate. If the distance between the two is too large, the roll-sealing operation is repeated and the can cannot be removed automatically, or the strength of the can is uneven, causing the can to slide. Then hold it with your hand “can support shaft” and loosen it with a wrench with your other hand “can support shaft adjustment clamping screw”. Depress “foot pedal” to raise “can tray”. Place an empty can, adjust the distance between the top of the “can tray” and the upper end of the “rolling head” protrusion to the height of the uncovered can minus 1/8, and secure “clamping screw”.
4. Adjust the spacing between the reel and the roller.
Most of my country's food packaging machinery is single-machine equipment with low technical level and automation level. It rarely adopts new technologies, new processes and new materials, which cannot meet the needs of my country's current food industry development. Some food companies have had to spend a lot of money to introduce advanced technology, high production efficiency and high packaging accuracy of complete food packaging production lines from abroad to achieve technical transformation of can sealing machines. As a result, a large part of the domestic market share is held by foreign brands.
