Commissioning and maintenance of automatic sealing machines

When using an automatic sealing machine, the user needs to prepare a high-level large water tank with a valve and a bottom output interface. The large tank bottom position should be higher than the automatic sealer, and the hose should be connected to the valve on the top of the machine. Connect the machine motor to the 220V power switch (the power switch is provided by the user) and connect the housing ground wire.

After the automatic can sealer is installed, first check whether the components are loose and the top valve is flexible to lift and lower. After confirming that there is no abnormality, open the empty tank for trial operation. The whole machine is set to clockwise rotation direction when leaving the factory. The height of the bottle body is adjusted by the lifting mechanism, and the filling pipe length is adjusted to achieve the required filling level.

The transmission part of the automatic tank sealing machine is driven by a motor through a pulley and a triangular belt, which drives the reducer gear and the sealing machine gear to rotate, thereby driving the entire machine to run. Maintenance To maintain the reliability and service life of the equipment, regular maintenance is required to maintain the condition of the equipment.

Operation should be stopped during maintenance. The automatic can sealer is transported to the site to inspect each component for damage and missing parts. The equipment is usually a rotary structure, equipped with 14-18 filling nozzles, and the output is 1500-3000 bottles/hour (calculated as 750ml). The siphon filling machine adopts semi-automatic filling mode, which requires manual loading and unloading of bottles. The automatic filling system is combined with bottle washing machines, light inspection machines, bottle stopper machines, rubber stopper heat shrink machines, capping machines and other equipment to form a production line. Negative pressure filling machines are divided into two types: rotary and linear. Wine production usually adopts rotary type, equipped with 12, 16, 18, 24, 32 filling nozzles, and the output is generally 1500-6000 bottles/hour (calculated as 750ml). Negative pressure filling machines can usually be equipped with supporting equipment such as flip bottle washing machines, optical inspection machines, automatic bottle stopper machines, automatic rubber cap heat shrink machines, automatic labeling machines, inkjet printers, and carton sealing machines. The flip bottle washing machine and the automatic bottle stopper machine are combined to form an automatic bottle sealing machine, which can improve the overall level of the equipment.
