Automatic sealing machine manufacturing instructions:
1. Each revolution of the sealing turntable is provided with 12 stations (that is, 12 equally divided areas). The distributor parameters, reduction ratio and parameters listed in the purchased parts list are for reference only and must be determined based on the per-minute production required by the user.
2. Always have butter (molybdenum disulfide grease) in the gearbox.
3. Each device needs to be supplemented with a butter nozzle (US standard) once.
4. Oil seals shall be fitted on both sides of each radial bearing (bearing No. 6).
5. The φ8 round pin of part number 24# needs to be pressed in, and then the gap is adjusted to d=0.03-0.05 using a thin spring steel sheet z (thickness d=0.5±0.02 after adjustment by a surface grinder), and frequent oil lubrication is required.
6. Before installing needle roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, each bearing ring needs to be lubricated.
7. Part No. 41#Flat bearings also require grease injection during use.
8. The shape structure of the sealing roller and roller shaft is for reference only.
9. Turntable material Korea uses hard plastic, international general electric wood or aluminum alloy plate. The first requires diamagnetism, the second requires ease of processing and maintaining precision, and the third requires resistance to deformation. Please choose wisely.
10. For tanks of different diameters, turntables and indenter with different positioning arcs are used.
11. Electrical automation coordination, segmentation, indexing and cylinder production are controlled by PLC and designed by electrical engineers.
12. A motorless conveyor belt is added on the feed side for emptying the hopper, with a length of about 2 mm.
13. The protective cover and door panel can be customized according to the video and base.
14. Part No. 112# Turntable dead point electronic photoelectric sensor assembly can be installed on the vacant workbench below the turntable to install the induction photoelectric tube, or installed with reference to the general drawing/video production base. The specific details will be determined by the electrical engineer.
15. The upper and lower dead center sensor components of the pressure tank cylinder were replaced with electromagnetic liver yin, and the matching cylinder model was sda80*65, which was determined by the electrical engineer.
