Daily maintenance precautions for can sealers:
First, the can sealer adjusts the distance between the tank support plate and the indenter: loosen the spare cover on the guide shaft (screw) at the lower end of the tank support plate, turn the tank support plate to take the position where the indenter contacts the tank cover as the reference point, then rotate the tank support plate upward by 2 to 3 mm and tighten the spare cover.
Secondly, adjust the distance between the indenter and the sealing wheel: First, adjust the left and right distances between the indenter and the sealing wheel, based on the 0.5 mm distance between the sealing wheel and the indenter, and the indenter and the sealing wheel will not rub against each other. The smaller the distance, the better; then adjust the upper and lower distances between the indenter and the sealing wheel, The lower end of the sealing wheel and the upper end of the indenter should maintain a small non-contact gap. Next, the distance between the indenter and the second sealing wheel is adjusted in the same manner.
Third, the spacing between the pressure head of the can sealing machine and the sealing wheel: can be adjusted according to the hardness of the can lid. The iron cover can be adjusted closer. The aluminum cover can be adjusted a little further. Once the adjustment is complete, tighten the retaining screws and try to seal 2 to 3 times. After the inspection confirms that the standards are met, it can work continuously.
Fourth, every time you change the tank type, you will need to change the pressure head and tank tray according to the size of the tank cover.
