The 12th China Manufacturing Management International Forum is gaining increasing attention

There are simply too many forums these days, which has long been criticized by entrepreneurs. A well-known private entrepreneur told China Industrial Daily that he has received more than 10 invitations to various forums every year for the past two years. But only two in ten of them are really willing to participate. Unable to bear the consequences of offending all parties, he could only provide financial support to government-sponsored forums and personal sponsorship to privately hosted forums.
The 12th China Manufacturing Management International Forum, hosted by the International Alliance of Manufacturing Industries and organized by Albert Management Consulting Group, has been highly praised and received widespread acclaim. The entrepreneur who had complained to the China Industrial Daily reporter gave a thumbs-up and said: “I will come back to this kind of forum next time.” Jin Donghu, deputy mayor of Tianjin Binhai New Area, gave the forum a higher evaluation. He believes that the forum has always been centered around the core of manufacturing, exploring cutting-edge development models and practical paths, and is gradually becoming China's manufacturing sector “Davos Forum”.
Clearly explain what you want to know
Unlike some so-called high-end forums, the speakers invited to this forum are not theorists of extremely high status, claim to be authoritative or high-ranking, but those who are very pragmatic in a specific application area.
The speaker was Dr. Joseph J. Salvo, President and Promoter of the Industrial Internet Consortium. Over the past 15 years, he and his lab have developed a series of large internet-based sensor arrays that are widely used in the management and monitoring of commercial systems and provide integrated information-based services. Speaker Jie Li is the director of the National Center for Functional Maintenance Systems Industry Research. His research focuses on intelligent predictive technologies, products and services, controllable innovation and value creation design, with a particular focus on autonomous computing technologies. Sorenkenal is the director of the Automation and Embedded Systems department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Logistics Studies in Germany, focusing on applied technology research. Wang Ping is an important partner of Ambo Management Consulting Group. Abo Rui is the founder of China's lean production management consulting industry. He is the one who established a training studio and the one who proposed to use lean concepts to create a Chinese business management model. With the belief that “the future development of Chinese companies can be achieved through lean”, he innovatively constructed a lean full-system and full-process enterprise management model applicable to the current situation of Chinese companies, forming three major product systems to serve enterprises, including lean management project consulting, Lean Management System Training and International Forum on China Manufacturing Management. With years of accumulated theoretical and practical experience, Alberdi has become a brand of China's lean production management, and its lean consulting services cover almost all manufacturing fields in China.
Because these speeches are derived from past experiences on the battlefield, these speakers neither deliberately pursue a profound and empty style nor play with the mysterious color of new vocabulary. Instead, they closely follow the forum theme of “From Manufacturing to Creation—— Building a New Ecosystem of Manufacturing”, focusing on “Made in China 2025”, “The three core topics of new intelligent manufacturing forms ”and “business model innovation” were launched. Guided by the actual needs of participants and combining the hot spots, difficulties and pain points of corporate concerns, an in-depth analysis was conducted on how the manufacturing industry can use the Internet to expand the market and how to build efficient, stable and flexible smart factories. An operational plan for on-site communication and interaction was proposed Allows participants to enjoy “live treasure hunting fun”.
What I want to try is a case study demonstration.
Faced with the reality of severe overcapacity, how can the transformation escape the crisis of life and death? As a new round of industrial transformation approaches, how can we upgrade to create new models? China's manufacturing companies, especially the many smaller small and medium-sized enterprises, often struggle to explore in confusion, and huge upgrade investments in smart manufacturing have undoubtedly become a major obstacle.
In order to allow participants to gain something from the event, this forum is a smaller seminar that completely breaks with the traditional format and invites a number of entrepreneurs who are well-positioned in the field of smart manufacturing to share their success stories and explore upgrade models and implementation paths for low-cost smart manufacturing.
