Share the main work content of vacuum sealer operation

The main tasks of vacuum sealer operation are:

1. After operation, the sealing between the tank lid and the tank material should be checked to prevent closing errors and ensure that the tank rack is accurately covered;

2. The operator shall ensure that the equipment is in random and undisturbed operation;

3. Need to pay attention to vacuum detection accuracy during sealing process? Adjustments are required when defining the scope of the present invention;

4. The vacuum shall be opened according to the weight of the solids in the tank; and

5. Operators are required to visually check the quality of the food sealing surface every half hour: Is the surface of the tank flat? Is there rapid shrinkage or edge blunting, tooth marks, fractures, false sealing, or lip drooping? Is the check correct? Splattered debris will slide over the edge of the seal, right? Is the visible printed coating normal in appearance and color? Are there any wear damage defects? If defects are found, the machine should be shut down and the sealing machine maintenance personnel on duty should be contacted for inspection;

6. Sealing treatment. Full-time personnel check the “three-rate” quality of polished seals in the tank workshop every two hours and provide real-time feedback to the operator on the polishing effect. When the quality of the seal “three rates” does not meet the standards, it should be shut down in real time and the on-duty maintenance personnel of the sealing machine should be contacted for inspection;

7. During the sealing process, the operator should follow the shroud box, wipe with a regular rag and clean the outer sealing machine cloth.
