my country's total mold production ranks third in the world

The development of my country's mold industry is receiving more and more attention. In products such as electronics, automobiles, motors, electrical appliances, instruments, meters, household appliances, and communications, 60% to 80% of components and assemblies rely on mold molding. It is understood that in recent years, with the accelerated transfer of manufacturing production bases to China, the rapid upgrading of China's manufacturing industry has promoted the accelerated development of the mold industry.
Although my country's total production of molds currently ranks third in the world, it lags behind the overall level of countries such as Germany and the United States in terms of design and manufacturing levels. In the international market competition, my country's mold industry lacks its own brand and its overall competitiveness is poor. Strongly speaking, this is extremely detrimental to the development of my country's mold companies in the economic market. Industry insiders pointed out that improving the competitiveness of my country's mold manufacturing companies and establishing independent brands in my country's mold industry have become the main issues facing the mold industry.
According to incomplete statistics, there are currently more than 2,000 machinery and hardware mold sales and service agencies in Guangdong Province, but only two or three companies have their own brands. Industry insiders point out that due to the lack of private labels, the average annual output value of molds created by each employee in China is about US$10,000, while the figure in most developed countries with mold industries is US$150,000 to US$200,000, and some even reach US$250,000 to US$300,000. In general, most domestic mold manufacturing companies have weak development capabilities and no brand, resulting in poor economic benefits and often being in a passive position in the market.
In order to enhance its competitiveness and build its own brand, the mold industry continues to improve the industry's technological level, while making full use of the advantages of mobile Internet to shape a good corporate brand image, thereby achieving the goal of enhancing the company's competitive soft power.
